Prepares you for a dynamic career with Cirebon Power – an international consortium involving Asia’s leading energy and infrastructure companies: Marubeni Corporation, Indika Energy, Korea Midland Power (KOMIPO), and Samtan Corporation to establish 1×600 MW IPP (2007) and adding Japan’s JERA to strengthen the group to establish 1×1000 MW IPP (2014) both in Kanci, West Java.
The CPIP is designed for first-year graduate students from reputable university currently enrolled in a master, or bachelor’s degree program with a concentration in relevant discipline with good trach record of academic achievement.
We look for candidates that possess the following characteristics
Ability to deliver results and manage projects effectively
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication skills and influencing capability
Have related years of experience preferable

The CPIP is a challenging program designed to develop a pipeline of future Cirebon Power employees by enhancing your skills and providing a variety of opportunities throughout the enterprise; Corporate groups, O&M, etc.

Your continued growth
While in the program, you’ll receive guidance from assigned mentor as well as HR team. You’ll also receive regular performance feedback during the internship assignment.
What to expect
During the internship program, you’ll have opportunities to interact with senior management, expatriates, and current program members. You’ll tour our facilities, attend presentations about the company and connect with other Cirebon Power professionals.

internship opportunities are generally located in following locations: Pondok Indah, Jakarta or Kanci, Cirebon.
